Lindsey Thornburg was raised in Aspen, Colorado and went on to study philosophy in Santa Barbara. While attending design school in Los Angeles, she created her first dress collection. In 2006 she began designing her eponymous collection, deriving inspiration from her vast collection of Pendleton blankets. Lindsey released her first full ready-to-wear collection for Fall/Winter 2010. She continues to add a selection of unique pieces to her collection seasonally. In addition, the curation of vibrant imagery each season gives life and visual content to the garments. Sourcing the finest materials and manufacturing in the downtown New York atelier, Lindsey Thornburg is committed to quality and creating a local community. Our focus is on producing heirloom pieces that will last many lifetimes.
